We just love smoothies. We always have them in the morning. It's a good way to get our proteins and increase the wonderful benefits of all the green vegetables in one shot.
Vegan Teriyaki Tofu Noodles
Claudia and I both have a passion for vegetarian and plant-based recipes therefore it was very easy to find something that we both liked. This recipe is very very simple and can be prepared in less than 30 minutes. It's a nice thing to do together as there are different tasks to do at the same time.
Organic spirulina pasta with broccoli soaked in soy sauce, ginger and maple syrup
Spirulina, coconut & cocoa balls
Spirulina is an amazing algae and super food! It provides most of the protein you need to live, help prevent the annoying sniffling and sneezing of allergies, reinforce your immune system, help you control high blood pressure and cholesterol, and help protect you from cancer.
We love having it every day in our smoothies but it's so good to add it to other dishes.
Enjoy these spirulina and cocoa balls!
Hazelnut spread with Almond Milk
Spelt Pasta with Kale, Red Onion & Turmeric
The superhero of this recipe is our lovely Kale with its amazing anti-oxidant properties. Kale is also good for your immune system, your metabolism, your hydration besides protecting you against various cancers because of the high level of vitamin K. I like using Kale in my smoothies in the morning as well as in my main dishes
