Spirulina is an amazing algae and super food! It provides most of the protein you need to live, help prevent the annoying sniffling and sneezing of allergies, reinforce your immune system, help you control high blood pressure and cholesterol, and help protect you from cancer.
We love having it every day in our smoothies but it's so good to add it to other dishes.
Enjoy these spirulina and cocoa balls!
The Hazelnut spread is not my idea for sure but I think it's a great option for breakfast and treats after work. The version that I am writing about here has almond milk in it and it's delicious!
The superhero of this recipe is our lovely Kale with its amazing anti-oxidant properties. Kale is also good for your immune system, your metabolism, your hydration besides protecting you against various cancers because of the high level of vitamin K. I like using Kale in my smoothies in the morning as well as in my main dishes
