Claudia and I both have a passion for vegetarian and plant-based recipes therefore it was very easy to find something that we both liked. This recipe is very very simple and can be prepared in less than 30 minutes. It's a nice thing to do together as there are different tasks to do at the same time.

Spirulina is an amazing algae and super food! It provides most of the protein you need to live, help prevent the annoying sniffling and sneezing of allergies, reinforce your immune system, help you control high blood pressure and cholesterol, and help protect you from cancer.

We love having it every day in our smoothies but it's so good to add it to other dishes.
