We just love experimenting new things and thank to our vegan challenge, being creative in the kitchen has never been so easy and fun.
This time, I am sharing with you my lovely and energetic spirulina balls. They are so good to integrate proteins in your diet. As I have created this recipe taking inspiration by others but really trying to stick to my creativity, quantities are not extremely precise so I advise you to choose according to your taste and go with your intuition.
- 2 soup spoons of spirulina
- 1/2 cup of vegan muesli (gluten free if needed)
- maple syrup
- 1 soup spoon of cocoa powder (vegan)
- 1 soup spoon of coconut powder
- 1/3 cup of almond milk
The task itself is so simple! Mix everything together until you get a semi-sticky composite. Shape your balls with your hands and add maple syrup or almond milk if the ingredients don't stay together. Contrary, if the mixture is too sticky, add coconut powder or muesli to make it more thick. Spirulina balls are amazing! Enjoy them and share them with your friends.
